ANDREW CAJKA
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Andrew has over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, serving in development, general management, and corporate headquarters positions. Before launching Southern Hospitality Group, he led the opening of 14 Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and headed a corporate initiative to improve hotel revenues and profitability. In 2020, Andrew was recognized as Upstate South Carolina’s Hotelier of the Year awarded by the Restaurant & Lodging Association.
Civic involvement is a tremendously important part in Andrew’s life – he has served in leadership positions in local organizations including the Greenville Hospital Foundation, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the Metropolitan Arts Council, and the Greenville County Research & Technological Development Corporation. A co-founder of Southern First Bank, he currently serves as the bank’s Audit Committee Chair. Andrew is continually inspired by the positive impact Southern Hospitality Group’s projects have on the communities they serve.
David Fleming
Managing Director
Dave has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. While working early in his career with hotel and restaurants, he has been the general manager at multiple high end private country clubs. Most recently at the Reserve at Lake Keowee.
